1. Delivery Period
- Standard Products: Delivery within 3 working days from the date of order confirmation.
- Non-Standard Products: Delivery within 3 to 5 weeks from the date of clear Techno-Commercial order.
2. Return and Replacement Policy
- If the delivered material is found defective, the client must notify us within 3 days from the receipt of the material.
- Replacement will only be provided for products with a manufacturing defect.
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- If the wrong product is selected by the client, no replacement or refund will be provided.
3. Cancellation Policy
- If an order is canceled due to a long delivery period, the refund will be processed excluding GST and returned to the original payment account.
- Orders cannot be canceled once they are within the confirmed delivery period, and no refund will be provided.
